Mental Wellbeing in the Workplace - It's Time to Plan Ahead 

Employees worldwide have experienced a significant decline in mental wellbeing since the pandemic began, a crisis which has contributed to ‘The Great Resignation’.

 

In the post-pandemic reconstruction, businesses will need to invest in employee wellbeing and psychological health in order to attract and retain valued employees.

 

The Flourishing World Programme offers in-person (and/or virtual) workshops to businesses to empower employees at all levels with the psychological skills needed to adapt to rapid and ongoing change. Through building Mental, Emotional, and Social Capital, businesses can help prepare employees to manage the great range of upcoming challenges expected in the near future.

 

All workshops centre on the BLOOM™ framework (described in Our Method). Specific workshop content and format can be customised to meet specific organisational needs. Some options can be found below.

Format:

  • Workshop content can be customised to meet specific organisational needs.

  • Sessions will provide an immersive and interactive learning experience, in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Employees, as well as leaders, will gain new insights, develop new skills, and practice new behaviours for how to manage change, shift mindsets, and use obstacles as opportunities.

  • We also incorporate guest zoom appearances by Professors at Harvard Business School and New York University.

  • Session options include (but not limited to):

    • 1 session on a specific topic (could be conducted during lunch hour i.e. “lunch and learn”, or at another available time)

    • 5 sessions, one on each of the five themes

    • 10+ sessions on one or more themes

  • We can provide course packs with weekly reflection exercises.

  • Ongoing support and refresher training available as needed.
